A graduate of Clymer Central School, Scott Aikens returned to the district in 2005 and has been teaching ever since.
After receiving his associate’s degree in elementary education and teaching at Jamestown Community College, Aikens transferred to the State University of New York College at Fredonia and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Childhood Education. In 2009, he received his Masters of Science degree in Education at SUNY Fredonia.
After working his way through the district as a first grade teacher, then as a third grade teacher, today Aikens teaches 7-12th grade Agriculture classes.
