The Chautauqua Region Community Foundation is now accepting grant applications for its Falconer Region Community Fund and John Edward McLaughlin Family Fund.
Organizations applying for funding must be a church, public entity or non-profit organization. Applications are available online at chautauquagrants.org and are due April 15.
Falconer Region Community Fund
Organizations applying for funding from the Falconer Region Community Fund must be located within the Falconer Central School District. The maximum amount of funding that can be requested from this fund is $1,000.
In 2015, grants were awarded to: Falconer United Methodist Church to purchase new choir robes, Falconer Central School District for field trip support for Fenner Elementary students, Kennedy Free Library for children’s books, Town of Ellington for the 103rd Town Picnic and town recreation/summer reading program.
John Edward McLaughlin Family Fund
Organizations applying for funding from the John Edward McLaughlin Family Fund must be located in Randolph. The maximum amount of funding that can be requested from this fund is $2,000.
In 2015, grants were awarded to: Randolph Area Community Development Corporation, Camp Li Lo Li, Grace Episcopal Church, New Directions Youth and Family Services, Randolph First Baptist Church, Randolph Library, East Randolph Cemetery, Randolph Cemetery Association, Randolph Historical Society, and Randolph United Presbyterian Church.
